Whether working on temporary or permanent positions, JRS will only send candidates that match your required skills. We know how important candidates are to our business as well as yours and that’s why we like to fully telephone screen all candidates for permanent positions and complete a full face to face registration with all temporary workers.
TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS – We have experience of recruiting for short term peak requirements as well as long term on-going requirements. We offer a personal service where we will meet with and complete a full registration with all candidates prior to them starting temporary assignments. All eligibility checks will be completed.
PERMENANT ASSIGNMENTS – We are not a CV sending service. We will only send over candidates who we have spoken with about your vacancy to ensure that they are passionate about pursuing their application. We will do all the hard work of shortlisting candidates and we will not inundate you with CVs, we will only send a maximum of 5 CVs per permanent vacancy.
